Designing an STM32 Board in KiCad

I had a few issues towards the end of the project. The board was finish but
I was unsuccesful at creating a ground layer as described in a tutorial that
I followed. This resulted in me not feeling comfortable with trying to get it
printed online or even trying to mill it myself, because of an issue that may
be present. I know alot more about circuit boards and Kicad. I may look to build
this later on down the line. But this tutorial that I wrote provides lots of info
that will help any newbie along the way. This tutorial wa originally a word doc, but
was used by an online site to covert each page into a png, which was then converted
to a compressed jpg to be uploaded.
